Westie Brands LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), owner of the First Comfort brand, operates the website https://www.firstcomfort.co (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our Site or contact us.

We sell baby and toddler products. Protecting the privacy of parents and caregivers is important to us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We collect limited information:

  • Contact Information: When you email us at support@westiebrands.com (for product questions, order support, warranty claims, or safety concerns), we receive your email address and any information you include in the message (such as Amazon Order ID, name, and description of the issue).
  • Automatically Collected Information: Like most websites, we (or our service providers) may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL via cookies or similar technologies. This helps us understand Site usage and improve performance.
  • Product Registration Information: If you register a product (by mail, by email, or at www.firstcomfort.co/register), we collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and the product’s model and manufacture date. We use this information only to contact you about a safety alert or recall for that product.

We do not currently operate a newsletter signup, user accounts, or direct checkout on the Site. Purchases are primarily made through Amazon and other third-party retailers. We do not sell personal information.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
