At First Comfort, the safety of babies and toddlers is a priority. All First Comfort products have been tested by independent third-party laboratories and certified as meeting the applicable U.S. children’s product safety standards. Product-specific safety information, age recommendations, weight limits, warnings, and instructions are provided on the applicable product page, packaging, or instruction sheet.

Important Use Guidelines

Product Registration

Your product comes with a registration card. Please complete and mail it, register online at www.firstcomfort.co/register, or email support@westiebrands.com with your name, contact information, and the model number and manufacture date printed on the card. We will use this information to contact you only if there is a safety alert or recall for your product. We will not sell, rent, or share it.

Reporting Safety Concerns

If you believe a First Comfort product has a safety issue, email support@westiebrands.com immediately with the subject line “Safety Concern.” Include your order details, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

You may also report product safety issues to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) at saferproducts.gov.
