11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to the arbitration provision and applicable law, any court proceeding permitted by law (such as a proceeding to enforce an arbitration award) shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
