Limited Warranty

Westie Brands LLC, owner of the First Comfort brand, warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the end consumer.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product new from Amazon or another authorized retailer. It is not transferable and does not cover products bought second-hand or from unauthorized sellers.

If a product is defective during the warranty period, we will, at our option, replace the product or refund the purchase price, subject to applicable law. Customers are responsible for shipping and other costs associated with warranty claims, including shipping a product to us, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us before shipping a product so we can provide instructions and explain any applicable costs.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email support@westiebrands.com with your name, contact information, Amazon Order ID (or proof of purchase), description of the issue, and photos. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Limitations

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WESTIE BRANDS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
